Versatié® Gold cooking cream is made to enhance the texture and creaminess of your soups, gravies, tikkas, kababs, chaaps, pasta and other dishes. This ambient cooking cream is heat-stable, which means it won’t split when added to hot gravies and makhanis. It can also be mixed with recipes made with lime and vinegar, and the cooking cream won’t curdle. Additionally, you can also make velvety, smooth ganache using Versatié® Gold cooking cream.
