TIPS & HANDLING

  • Do Not Freeze
  • Shake well before use
  • For cooking, use directly from pack
  • For whipping, chill the pack between 4°C to 7°C. Add 15-20% sugar, as per taste. Whip until soft but firm peaks form.
  • Ambient cooking cream, can be stored in cool and dry place (15°C to 28°C).
  • After opening, refrigerate between 4°C - 7°C
