TIPS & HANDLING

Arrives frozen
Store at -18°C or below.
Thaw under refrigeration (2°C & 7°C) for 12 - 24 hours before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.
Pour Rich's Excel Whip into a clean, dry mixing bowl. Do not add water.
Shake well before opening & pour into a chilledbowl (should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
For best results whip at 7°C to 10°C.
Instructions for industrial whipping machine: Whip at medium speed until semi-whipped and then on high speed until soft peaks form.
Instructions for hand-held machine: Medium-high-medium speed is recommended.
This whipping technique avoids spillage and optimally whips the cream to desired consistency.
Do not over whip, if you do, add more Rich's Exel Whip and rewhip until product returns to recommended soft peak appearance.
Unused and unopened packages should be stored frozen.
Never refreeze the product once opened.
