Arrives frozen.
Store at -18°C or below.
Thaw under refrigeration (+2°C & +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use.
Can be stored refrigerated (unopened) for up to 7 days.
Shake well before opening. Pour into a chilledbowl (should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
Never refreeze unwhipped product. Keep unwhipped product refrigerated when not inuse.
Whip the product at 7°C to 10°C at high speed untilthe liquid becomes viscous (maximum 3 minutes).
Whip at medium speed until soft peaks form.
