1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards of all major banks - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.

3. What delivery options do you offer?

We provide a standard delivery option under which the product will be shipped within 3-4 days.

 

4. How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, the Buyer must ensure that the Product is in the same condition that the Buyer received it, in its original packaging. The Buyer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return is only available if the product/item received is defective, damaged, or if the Buyer receives the wrong item. The Buyer can place a return request on the Website or contact us for any return questions at indiacc@richs.in.

 

5. How much time does it take to refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
